Low energy houses, energy
saving houses / western frame construction
Save energy - prepare on time. Low energy building style / western frame construction.
In this type of construction, a wooden supporting frame is built and covered inside and out with usually either wooden panels or plaster boards. This connects the frame structure and creates a stable element.
The spaces in between are filled with insulation materials like for example rock wool or cellulose. Like this, even thin walls offer an excellent insulation.
In northern Europe and the Alpes, this type of construction has been used for a very long time. In the USA, the „Western Frame“ houses are built for about 350 years.
The interior and exterior design of the walls can be chosen freely.
In addition to building your house, we offer the following services:
- foundation from solid wooden frames without concrete
- insulated and covered roof, with tiles or bitumen shingles
- painting against vermin and final painting
- electric installation
- water installation
